Your score is built from your deal history and the ratings both sides leave after each one. It's weighted so a long, consistent track record counts for more than a single good (or bad) deal, and unresolved disputes count against you.
Either side can raise a dispute on a deal. It goes to review before it affects your score, so one disagreement doesn't unfairly wreck a track record you've built over time.
Only someone who chooses to pay for a report on you, typically a buyer, supplier, or lender deciding whether to work with you. Your score isn't public by default.
